Pay Rate: £460 - £600 per week (depending on experience)

Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference supporting individual pupils in the S25 area of Dinnington?
GSL Education are seeking committed 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in supportive schools across Dinnington (S25). This rewarding role focuses on providing tailored support to pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs.
As a 1:1 TA, you will:
* Provide personalised one-to-one support to a pupil throughout the school day.
* Assist with learning activities under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO.
* Support pupils with academic, social, and emotional development.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff and parents.
Requirements for the role:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred).
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
