Overview
Design and Technology Food Technician (Temporary until Christmas). Term Time Only, 0830 – 1440 per day grade 4 (£16500.00 per annum). It would be an advantage if you could start and finish earlier, but not essential. We enjoy the modern facilities of a purpose-built school. We need to appoint a Design and Technology Food Technician to join our team of enthusiastic, supportive and committed staff.
Responsibilities
* The preparation of lesson ingredients for both practical and theory Food lessons
* The cleaning and maintenance of basic machines and equipment and stock of consumable materials
* Administrative tasks
* Assisting students and teaching staff with classroom practical and demonstrations
* Playing a crucial role in supporting and directly improving students learning experiences in Food Technology, working as part of a busy team, with a commitment to raising standards
