Within their Social Housing sector they are looking for Multi-skilled plasterers to carry out maintenance and disrepair work including damp and mould on tenanted properties in the Manchester area.
Job role
Carry out Plastering work as well as other trades on tenanted properties
Work a 39 hour week
To be considered for the role
An NVQ or equivalent in Plastering
Able to confidently carry out other trades such as Joinery, plumbing, painting
Have a CSCS card
Own transport and tools
MUST BE WILLING TO CARRY OUT THREE COURSES BEFORE START DATE. (SMALL FEE TO BE PAID BUT YOU KEEP THE COURSES)
