As an Engineering Manager in our Online Customer Experience (OCX) team, you’ll lead talented engineers to build scalable, cloud‑native platforms that power our web and mobile ecommerce journeys. This is a chance to make a real impact — on our technology, our teams, and the lives of our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead one or more high‑performing engineering squads, owning delivery, architecture and team development
* Build and evolve scalable, reliable systems using modern cloud‑native approaches (microservices, containers, CI/CD)
* Partner with Product and Technology leaders to shape roadmaps, define outcomes and deliver meaningful customer value
* Champion engineering excellence through clean code, testing, automation and continuous improvement
* Support, coach and grow engineers, creating an inclusive, high‑trust team environment
* Communicate progress, priorities and risks clearly, collaborating across teams to manage dependencies
* Play an active role in shaping our engineering culture and ways of working
What You’ll Bring
* Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software at scale
* A strong technical background in JavaScript, Java or Kotlin
* Hands‑on experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms
* A solid understanding of agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD and automated deployments
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership
* A collaborative approach, with a passion for developing people and building inclusive teams
