Compleat Restorations is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team at our York location. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects by collaborating closely with our dedicated Estimators, Carpenters, and Subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day details of assigned construction projects.
* Coordinate closely with Estimators, Carpenters, and Subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:
* Established Network of Subcontractors
Maintains an up-to-date list of qualified and reliable subcontractors, ensuring the ability to mobilize the right teams to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
* Extensive Knowledge of Construction Practices
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials, with hands-on experience managing both residential and commercial projects.
* Attention to Detail
Meticulous approach to project planning, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations.
* Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources while keeping documentation, permits, and schedules accurate and current.
* Excellent Communication Skills
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams, facilitating smooth project execution.
* Problem-Solving Ability
Quick thinking and adaptable, with the ability to resolve on-site issues, subcontractor delays, or material shortages while keeping projects on track.
* Knowledge of Local Building Codes & Safety Regulations
Familiarity with applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols to ensure all work is compliant and safe.
* Proficiency in Project Management Tools
Experience using project management software and tools to track progress, budgets, and timelines.
* Budget & Cost Control Awareness
Ability to manage project budgets, negotiate subcontractor pricing, and minimize unnecessary costs without sacrificing quality.
* Team Leadership Experience
Capability to coordinate and motivate subcontractors and crew members, ensuring accountability and productivity throughout each phase of the project.
