This role is integral in providing a central point of contact for customer enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Purpose of the Role To act as a first-line contact for customer communications via telephone and email, ensuring that all enquiries are handled efficiently and directed appropriately. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting administrative tasks within the office environment.
