Job Title: Senior Change Manager
Salary: £45,100 - £60,400
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full time / Fixed Term (18 months)

About The Role
These are exciting times for the English Product Group as we implement a range of strategic initiatives to develop our products and services and streamline our systems. The Senior Change Manager will be key to delivering the change component of the IELTS programme, working across technology‑related projects to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
* Defining the change approach for a complex programme involving a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timescales.
* Establishing the appropriate framework and tools to capture change impacts and business readiness tasks, ensuring all aspects of change—including people and processes—are considered.
* Engaging and building excellent relationships with internal senior stakeholders, governance bodies, and external partners to understand their strategic drivers and requirements.
* Ensuring that change activities are well planned, progress is reported to the programme, and all end users receive the best possible experience.

* Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to influence colleagues, suppliers and decision‑makers.
