Our Design Team plays a pivotal role in shaping ASOS as the go-to fashion destination for style-conscious 20-somethings across womenswear and menswear. 7. Sharing trend insights and identify new product opportunities to keep our collections fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
8. Using sales data and customer feedback to inform design decisions and drive performance.
9. Sourcing innovative fabrics, trims, and techniques, with a focus on sustainability and eco-conscious choices.
10. Partnering with Technical teams and suppliers to develop fits, silhouettes, and design details that meet quality and aesthetic standards.
11. Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 4 days a week in the office.
