Job Opportunity: HR Assistant
Location: Office-based in Middlesbrough
Hourly Pay: £13.00
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our HR Manager in various essential functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Support the offboarding process for leavers, coordinating paperwork and exit interviews.
* Help manage and process payroll and salary administration accurately and on schedule.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and responding to HR‑related queries.
Requirements
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Prior experience in an HR role/CIPD Level 3 is preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
