Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
Provide confidential and proactive support to the CFO and two Executive Directors
Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and external commitments
Prepare board papers, executive committee materials, reports and presentation packs
Coordinate senior leadership meetings, ensuring all content is accurate and timely
Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, acting as the interface for the business
Maintain a professional and positive approach while handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite or senior director level
Strong organisational and time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Confident communicator with ability to forge and maintain business working relationships
Comfortable preparing high-level reports, presentations and board-level documentation
