This additional role reflects a sustained increase in bid activity and plays a critical part in winning new schemes and retaining our existing clients. Joining a high‑performing team, you will work to deliver high‑quality bid responses that support our continued success in the Workplace market. What you’ll be doing Managing and delivering high‑quality responses to RFPs and research questionnaires for our Employer Benefit Consultants (EBCs) and Corporate Advisers (CAs). Supporting the coordination and project management of the tender process, ensuring strong controls and timely delivery through the sales cycle. Working with a designated panel of EBCs and CAs, aligned via our BDD/BDM network. Helping the team prepare for pitches, site visits, and other critical stages of the sales process. You will be a key contributor in ensuring that every opportunity we pursue is supported by well‑crafted, accurate and compelling submissions. What we’re looking for A genuine interest in workplace pensions or financial services within a sales‑driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content. Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and managing multiple deadlines. Experience coordinating projects or processes where attention to detail and time management are essential. We want to hire the whole version of you.
