Shift Pattern: 3 Days / 3 Nights / 3 Off
About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team on a full‑time basis. This role offers stability, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow within a well‑established security company. You will play an important role in keeping the site, staff, drivers, and visitors safe. The role combines front‑of‑house duties with active site security, including gatehouse work, patrols, and monitoring.
What You Will Be Doing
* Providing a visible and approachable security presence
* Managing gatehouse duties, including checking in staff, visitors and drivers
* Completing Delivery Order Book (DOB) entries accurately
* Carrying out vehicle, trailer, and random searches
* Conducting regular site patrols (internal and external)
* Monitoring CCTV and responding to any alarms or incidents
* Writing clear incident reports and daily logs
* Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
What We Are Looking For
* A valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
* Good communication and people skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
* Strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
