We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands are recruiting for a Court of Protection Paralegal to work in their Lincoln office.
The firm are looking to hire someone with previous experience working within a similar area of law who is looking to continue to grow and develop in a Court of Protection role.
Typical duties would include:
* Dealing with initial enquiries
* Sending routine correspondence
* Liaising with family members/care homes
* Providing a good service to existing and longstanding clients
* Maintaining accurate records of time spent on work.
The successful candidate
* Previous Court of Protection Paralegal/Caseworker experience.
* Excellent communication skills for clear advice and building rapport.
* Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop.
* Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
