37.5 hours | 5 days out of 7 (weekend working required)
The Role
Were looking for a serious Sales Manager to lead and grow our holiday home sales operation. This is not a sit behind a desk management job its a hands-on, on-park role where youll be closing deals yourself, setting the pace, and raising standards across the team.
Youll be based on site and work closely with the wider park team day-to-day (sales advisors, reception, operations, and marketing) to make sure every enquiry, viewing and follow-up is handled properly and every customer gets a premium experience that matches the quality of our parks and homes.

What youll be doing (day to day)
Lead, coach and motivate a team of Sales Advisors setting clear expectations and driving performance.
Personally manage your own pipeline: generate leads, qualify buyers, run viewings, follow up relentlessly and close.
Build a strong on-site sales culture: pace, professionalism, high standards, and consistent activity.
Work with the on-site team to ensure the park, show homes and sales stock are presented to a premium standard every day.
Partner with Marketing to maximise new and part-exchange opportunities and keep lead flow strong.
Keep tight control of process, paperwork and compliance (including FCA requirements where applicable).
Report clearly to senior management on pipeline, conversion, performance and progress.

Youre visible on site, you lead by example, and you dont let standards slip.
Youre organised, fast with follow-up, and you know your numbers (pipeline, conversions, forecasts).
You create momentum for yourself and the team and you take real pride in winning.

What were looking for
Proven experience in caravan/holiday park sales (or closely related high-value, appointment-led sales).
Experience managing and improving a sales team coaching, performance management, and building a winning culture.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
Confident with systems, reporting, and performance tracking (Word/Excel; CRM experience a plus).
Professional, presentable, and commercially sharp.
Comfortable working weekends and being on park when customers are there.
