A Bridgnorth-based leading coaching consultancy dedicated to helping businesses achieve sustainable growth and success is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. The role offers a salary of £23,500 - £25,000 per annum.
This position is a minimum of 25 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time (25 hours) to full-time hours.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the administration, performance, compliance, and development of contracts across the business.
2. Analyse, interpret, and manage documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
3. Identify and evaluate risks related to changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
4. Liaise with internal and external programme/project managers, sub-contracted advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract and service delivery.
5. Develop and manage dashboards, systems, and processes to ensure project eligibility, data accuracy, and performance compliance.
6. Collaborate with the finance team (internal and external) to support accurate reporting, audits, and financial delivery of contracts.
7. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks and duties as directed by management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in contract administration, legal, procurement, or project coordination roles.
2. Strong understanding of contract structures, compliance requirements, and risk assessment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in document and data management.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
