Senior Field Services & Logistics Administrator
Location: Slough, UK (Hybrid/Office-based)
An established and growing international organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Field Services & Logistics Administrator to join its Operations team based in Slough.
This is a key role supporting field service and logistics activity across multiple EMEA accounts, acting as a central coordination point between clients, internal teams, and external logistics partners.
The Role
Reporting to the Field Service & Logistics Team Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating collections, managing service data, supporting client contracts, and ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
You will also act as a senior point of contact within the team, providing guidance, training, and escalation support when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate field service and logistics collections across EMEA
* Liaise with logistics subcontractors to obtain quotations and schedule resources
* Support internal teams including Sales, Operations, Client Success, and Finance
* Manage client SLAs, Statements of Work, and service activity within internal systems
* Act as first point of escalation for non-standard client requests and issue resolution
* Produce weekly KPI and status reports
* Assist with invoice queries and billing reconciliation
* Create purchase orders and support contract administration
* Provide training and day-to-day support to team members
* Champion process, system, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Attend internal meetings and conference calls
* Occasional site visits to operational or client locations may be required
About You
* Proven experience in an administrative, logistics, field services, or operations support role
* Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, or service partners
* Comfortable working with SLAs, KPIs, and internal systems
* Strong MS Office skills (intermediate level or above)
* Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues (people management experience advantageous)
