Who are you?
We're looking for a patient, understanding, and proactive Teaching Assistant with a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs. You will be a valuable member of our team. Here's what we need from you:
1+ years of experience working with students with SEMH needs.
Proven behaviour management skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
Relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
Commitment to supporting students' social and emotional development.
What will you be doing?
As a key member of our classroom team, you will play a crucial role in supporting both teachers and students with SEMH needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to students.
