Deputy Registrar Permanent Grade 3 - £26,409 - £32,654 (Pro Rata) Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 14.6 hours per week This is an interesting opportunity to work in the largest registration district in England and Wales. Based at Birmingham Register Office, you will be involved in many aspects of registration work including, registering births, deaths and marriages / civil partnerships via face to face appointments, certificate production and other duties required under the Registration Acts and Regulations. You should be helpful and understanding of your customers needs during times of their key life events. You will need to be flexible and able to work under pressure in order to meet changing deadlines. You must be a motivated, committed individual who understands the demands of working within civil registration. Excellent organisational, keyboard and communication skills together with a meticulous attention to detail are required. You must be able to work independently and be an effective team player.
