Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities Lead full pre- and post-contract cost management services across complex schemes Prepare detailed cost plans, manage procurement processes, and advise on tender strategies Oversee contract administration under JCT and NEC forms Guide junior Quantity Surveyors and support APC candidates Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Support the commercial lead in managing budgets, reporting, and financial forecastingSenior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements 5 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment MRICS or working towards chartership Strong understanding of NEC contracts (Essential) Comfortable managing multiple projects and mentoring junior staff Professional, confident, and client-focused Experience across sectors such as aviation, infrastructure or big utilitiesIn Return Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 Clear pathway to Associate level Diverse and prestigious project portfolio Hybrid working and flexible hours Strong team culture with regular CPD and training support Structured internal promotions and biannual reviews If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
