Supporting Role in Special Needs Education
Role Overview
This is a Teaching Assistant role focused on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC). This is a term:time:only position for 36 hours per week, with a salary range of GBP23,746 to GBP26,986 FTE. The employer is looking to fill this position urgently.
Key Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of pupils educational journeys by:

Providing direct support to pupils, both individually and in small groups.

Collaborating with teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.

Monitoring pupil progress and helping to maintain assessment records.

Creating a positive and organised learning environment.
