About the Role:
Platform Operations
* Interacting with both clients and other team members on client support, transactional management, and accounting input.
* Hybrid working. Three days a week in the office (London Bridge) and two days WFH.
* Client Interaction role: You must be personable and comfortable representing the company on a sales support basis.
* Good Excel skills.
* Knowledge of Xero would be a bonus.

* Monitoring bank account transactions

* Troubleshooting
* Platform demonstration
* Operational support
* Back-office sales
* Encourage greater utilisation
* Sign up new suppliers
* Reporting targets to sales team
* Liaising with Lender/Corpay
* Managing Lender audit
* New client meetings
* Handovers from Sales
* On-boarding/platform training
* Overdue monitoring and management of the default process
Compliance
* Client On-boarding
* KYC platform sign-off
* Buyer/Seller support
* File management
Finance / Accounts
* Monthly data input/income deferrals for Management Accounts
* Invoice processing/payment
* Assistance with year-end audit reports and liaising with onsite audit staff their audit queries
* Assisting the Finance Director with monthly management accounts and uploading of invoices and accounts payables on Xero.
AdHoc Support
* Assist with marketing strategies
* Providing support to CEO/FD in respect of reporting, forecasting, cashflows etc.
* Preparation of board information and the completed board pack when required.
