Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Field Care Supervisor based in Huddersfield. The role involves supervising care workers, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care services. You will support the recruitment, training, and mentorship of care staff, as well as establish and maintain communication with clients and their families. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining records will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Experience in developing care plans, and supervising care staff.
* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record‑keeping and compliance documentation.
* Basic IT skills, including familiarity with digital care management systems and communication tools.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations, along with training in first aid or related certifications.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain client confidentiality.
* Experience in the home care or healthcare sector is preferred.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for the role.
