Key Responsibilities Corridor Supervision: Maintaining a calm and orderly environment during transitions and break times, promoting positive behaviour around the school. On-Call Support: Responding promptly to behaviour incidents, providing de-escalation and restorative support to help students re-engage with learning. Exclusion Unit Support: Working closely with pupils in the inclusion/exclusion unit, delivering mentoring and reflection sessions to help them modify behaviour and reintegrate successfully into lessons. Mentoring and Guidance: Building trusted relationships with students, acting as a positive role model and offering daily pastoral support.
