Salary: £25K-£28K Depending on experience
Hours: 37.5hours + On call (rota basis)

Your role:
As a Senior Care Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of our service – managing schedules, supporting Care Assistants and ensuring every client receives outstanding care. This is a fast paced role for someone organised, personable and committed to excellence.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in care coordination or similar (essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Empathy and resilience under pressure
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Tech-savvy with scheduling systems
* A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office hours
