Job Role: Data & Talent Acquisition Support

To provide proactive support to the business, with primary responsibility to support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition on key projects, supply and analyse data to inform decisions within the function, create presentations, and monitor key metrics across the talent department.


Scope of the role:

Provide insightful data, suggest strategic changes, and recommend improvements to benefit the function.

Please note: this role is office-based and requires you to be on-site Monday - Friday (LS12 6DB).


Responsibilities include:

1. Reporting and analysing talent performances weekly for recruitment and onboarding functions, including offers and agency spend analysis.
2. Managing job board platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Total Jobs, including overseeing job credits and managing company pages and reviews.
3. Checking and advertising home vacancies against live vacancy reports.
4. Leading monthly Talent Leadership meetings and coordinating arrangements.
5. Preparing data and presentations for board meetings, HR Leadership meetings, and Talent Acquisition projects.
6. Tracking and managing monthly spends within the function.
7. Conducting market intelligence and analysis.
8. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Managers to support recruitment efforts and providing regular data updates.
9. Supporting administrative tasks within the talent function, including managing shared inboxes, queries, and updating trackers and boards.
10. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Group Head of Talent Acquisition.


Knowledge and experience required:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Understanding the importance of quality data and ability to identify issues.
* Ability to interpret data sets to derive actionable insights.
* Capability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated with enthusiasm and the ability to work independently.
