Job Title: Creator Manager (Gen-Z/Music)

The Role
You’ll play a key role in identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with emerging and established content creators, influencers, and digital talent who are shaping trends and conversations in Gen Z and music communities. This role mirrors the responsibilities of a Talent Manager and requires a deep understanding of internet culture, creator economy dynamics, and the fast-evolving digital media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and recruit rising and established talent who align with Gen Z and urban cultural movements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and their representatives.
* Act as the main point of contact for talent, managing day-to-day communications, campaign deliverables, and strategic growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (brand partnerships, content, marketing) to align creators with campaigns and initiatives.
* Provide strategic guidance to talent on content development, brand positioning, and audience growth.
* Stay ahead of cultural trends, creator economy shifts, and platform updates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
* Negotiate partnership agreements, usage rights, and campaign terms in alignment with business goals and creator value.
* Track performance metrics, report on campaign impact, and optimise strategies based on data and insights.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
* Strong network of creators and influencers within Gen Z and urban culture spaces.
* Deep knowledge of social media platforms, creator monetisation models, and digital content trends.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passion for culture, creativity, and community building.
* Experience working with brands or platforms that prioritise authentic representation and inclusivity is a plus.
