Main Duties
Provide person-centred support to patients, families, and carers with kindness and compassion. Carry out routine hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs under supervision. Support delivery of care plans and aural rehabilitation for routine adult patients. Keep accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Contribute to safe, inclusive care environments and engage in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications
* GCSE in English, Maths and Science at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent
* Further qualifications and or structured training in relevant clinical area
Skills
* Evidence of transferable workplace training and competencies
* Proactively undertakes relevant specialist or departmental training
* Understanding of research, audit, and service evaluation
