Typical Shifts are: 20:30 - 08:00 working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker with us you'll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
About the service
Our residential service, set just off the main street in Wellington, is a beautiful home set in lush green grounds. It has its own hydrotherapy pool and sensory room and a welcoming environment. You can be sure that no two days will be the same. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll enhance the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care, and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to make a real difference in someone’s life and help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
Responsibilities
* Assist with bedtime routines and personal care during the night
* Complete regular checks throughout the night
* Carry out light domestic duties in spare time
* Support individuals to gain more independence in daily living
Qualifications and experience
* Ideally hold a full UK driving license
* Be resilient, flexible and composed in approach
* Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism and those who have experienced trauma
