NEC ECC Supervisor (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:
Monitor Contractor performance to ensure compliance with the Works Information and NEC3 contract terms.
Issue Defect Notifications and manage the Defects Correction process.
Review and accept material approval requests prior to delivery to site.
Chair regular Quality Meetings addressing non-conformances and contractual defects.
Liaise with County Council inspectors to fulfil obligations under S278 agreements.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations report unsafe practices or conditions.
Maintain detailed daily inspection and site activity records.
Witness and verify testing and commissioning activities.
Operate within CEMAR, Field View, and SharePoint systems.
Coordinate with Quality teams and ensure reporting into project Quality Management Systems.
Maintain effective communication with the Contractor's site team, Project Manager, and key stakeholders.
Provide written and verbal reports covering quality, progress, H&S, environment, and stakeholder matters.
Support knowledge capture and lessons-learned processes.
Build strong working relationships across project teams.
Work collaboratively with Construction Managers to uphold the project's commitment to quality.
Requirements:
Degree-qualified and Chartered in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
Valid CSCS card and relevant Health & Safety training.
Proven track record delivering projects within technically complex and dynamic environments, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, security, and environmental performance (ideally within the Highways sector).
Excellent communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations.
Strong working knowledge of NEC Contracts (particularly NEC3 ECC).
