Job Description
Job Summary
This role is a central point of contact for new product development and global changes, ensuring a seamless flow of information between the sales team, customers, and internal operational units. You will be responsible for managing quotes, samples, and pricing data, while providing critical support to our manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Information Management: Serve as the central point of contact for new products and global changes. You'll ensure a smooth flow of communication and information between our sales teams, customers, and operational departments like production and pre-press.
2. Quotation & Sample Coordination: Manage the delivery of quotes, proofs, and samples to customers in a timely manner. You will also coordinate all development materials—including samples, data, and ink tests—to ensure they are ready for manufacturing.
3. Pricing & Analysis: Collect global pricing data and calculate prices for different regions. You will also conduct margin analysis to support management decisions and business strategy.
4. Production Support: Ensure all product information is accurately and efficiently communicated to our manufacturing units to facilitate smooth production.
5. General Support: Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
6. Experience:
Proven background in merchandising, product development coordination, or a similar role, with experience in handling samples, working with vendors, and preparing quotes.
Direct experience in the printing, design, apparel, or footwear industries is a significant plus.
7. Core Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once while working under pressure.
Strong analytical skills to determine the best production methods that meet target prices.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
