Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Operational Leadership: Supervision of site staff, delegating tasks, and managing performance.
* Compliance & Safety: Maintaining security systems, managing risk assessments, and ensuring the site meets all regulatory requirements.
* Facilities Management: Managing minor repairs, coordinating major contractors, and assisting with the preparation of facilities for school events.
