This dual Front of House / Assistant role is a busy, dynamic position with opportunities to support in many areas of the business. The company has a great, warm culture with the opportunity for progression and flexibility in the role.
Responsibilities:
* Meeting room management.
* Maintain accurate filing systems and financial records.
* Oversee daily office operations and supplies.
* Coordinate with service providers and manage facilities.
* Greet visitors and handle general enquiries.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 2+ years experience in a support role
* Highly proactive
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task under pressure
* Organised and flexible
