What we do!
We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are specialist mental health services, offering person-centred care tailored to adults' needs. We develop and adapt homes within thriving communities, providing educational, recreational, and social activities.
We aim to positively impact the experiences of people with mental health difficulties, primarily through a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes tailored to individual needs using our outcome-measuring tool.
Successful candidates will need to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure before starting employment; the employer will cover the cost.
