The Practice
1. Large, well-established two-site Training Practice in a semi-rural Hertfordshire setting
2. Strong continuity-based model with patient allocation rather than fully pooled working
3. Extensive MDT including ANPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social prescribers and mental health support
4. Excellent workflow optimisation significantly reducing GP admin
5. Supportive and collaborative culture with strong GP retention

7. Experienced in supporting newly-qualified GPs and GP Registrars

Your role
10. Salaried GP / Fixed-Term Contract GP position for maternity cover
11. 6 sessions available
12. Preferred days Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with some flexibility
13. Possibility of occasional remote working
14. Structured and manageable duty model with strong support systems
15. Continuity-focused clinics with a balanced workload
16. Approx. 18 appointments in morning clinics with lighter afternoons
17. Minimal home visits

Salary and Benefits
