Job summary
Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest care home providers in the UK, is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their exceptional employee services team. This newly created role will allow the successful candidate to demonstrate their HR expertise and experience in supporting a fast-paced new build programme, including recruitment for 10 new care home openings per year, and providing an enhanced HR service to these homes in their first year.
Main duties of the job
The HR Advisor will work remotely and in conjunction with the recruitment, senior management, and projects team to onboard new staff members for the new care home openings. They will be responsible for providing a comprehensive induction for Care Home Administrators and Managers, contractual support, delivering HR surgeries on-site, supporting with case management, and providing HR training to heads of department.
