We’re the leaders in outsourced calls, live chat and more, delivering brilliant conversations on behalf of businesses of all sizes. Fast-forward two decades and what started as a single, dedicated PA (who’s still with us today) looking after calls for a handful of local clients, is now a 1000-strong team working across two continents from our state-of-the-art UK headquarters in Wrexham, and our US office in Atlanta.
The role:
As part of the Demand Generation team, you will collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and the wider marketing function to drive high-intent organic traffic and convert it into a strong, qualified pipeline. * Monitor, analyse, and optimise organic search performance across key markets.
* Develop and test strategies to improve visibility across emerging AI-driven and generative search experiences.
* Optimise content for large language models (LLMs), AI search results, and answer engines.
* Monitor how the brand and products appear in AI-generated responses and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Continuously test, learn, and adapt strategies as the search landscape evolves.
Technical SEO
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical SEO issues impacting site performance.
* Collaborate with engineering and web teams to improve:
* Site architecture and structure

* Ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented across UK and US domains.
* Partner with content and demand generation teams to:
* Build and maintain SEO-driven content roadmaps

* Support marketing campaigns with search insights and recommendations.
Performance & Reporting

* Deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to continuously improve performance.
The person:

* Proven experience managing SEO for B2B and/or SaaS websites.
* Experience delivering SEO strategies across multiple markets, ideally the UK and US.
* Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
