About This Role
🌟 A Letter from Your Future Tiny Explorers at OAC Newport 🌟
Hi there, grown-up friend!
We're at OAC Newport, and our campus is full of spaces made just for little feet to explore, climb, dig, and imagine! There are bike tracks, worm farms, compost bins, and even an edible garden - perfect for little hands to plant, water, and watch things grow. Inside, our bright rooms are ready for stories, songs, towers, and giggles that reach the ceiling. Every day here is an adventure waiting to happen!
But we can't go on all these adventures without someone amazing to lead us - someone who loves curiosity, play, and learning as much as we do! We're looking for a grown-up with a big heart, brave ideas, and a sense of fun to be our Assistant Centre Director - our fearless adventure captain, helping our team of educators guide us through laughter, discovery, and learning every day.
As our Assistant Centre Director, you'll help lead our adventures and support our educators to shine, manage our campus with a focus on People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and making sure everything runs smoothly, enjoy mentorship, wellbeing days, recognition, and support because happy grown-ups make happy tiny humans!
We're part of the big OAC family, with over 80 campuses across Australia, a network of amazing educators, and plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make your mark.
If you have a bright smile, a big heart, and love tiny humans with huge imaginations, we're waiting for you. Come help us make every day at OAC Newport magical - full of curiosity, laughter, and tiny adventures!
