Job Summary
The role ensures the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our front-of-house department during concerts. To apply, you must confirm total availability until January 1st, with no time off during the Peak December period. The role starts on November 18th, with flexible start dates before December.
Available shift patterns include 3 shifts a week, 10.5 hours, at £13.85 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
* Set up the church before concerts, including moving and positioning heavy equipment, and clear equipment and litter after the concert.
* Report problems, such as double-bookings or health and safety issues, to management immediately.
* Provide cover to the Box Office for pre-paid ticket collection when necessary.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for audiences, promoters, and musicians.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
* Deal with on-site issues or complaints, escalating them to management if necessary.
* Stay up-to-date with site-wide activities and maintain good communication with all departments and colleagues.
* Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy appearance, wearing the required uniform at all times.
* Work together with colleagues in other parts of the business.
* Attend training as necessary.
