Key responsibilities include:
* Briefing/debriefing site-based drivers & distributing allocated work.
* Processing discrepancies on consignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with depots/contracts.
* Dealing with difficult telephone calls calmly and professionally.
* Building and maintaining positive internal/external relationships.
* Working as an effective team player.
* Maintaining accurate transport records including delivery logs, vehicle checks, and incident reports. xsngvjr
