You'll help people develop independence, build confidence and move towards a future where they can thrive in employment and their community. If you've worked in education, you'll already understand many of the challenges your learners face. You may have supported young people with autism, learning disabilities or additional needs. You may have seen first-hand how difficult the transition into adulthood and employment can be. This role gives you the opportunity to continue making a meaningful difference, whilst supporting people through the next stage of their journey. What makes this different? You'll no longer be confined to a classroom. Instead, you'll be out in the community, getting to know the people you support, understanding their aspirations and helping them overcome barriers to employment.
