Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Building Services Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term construction projects in Exeter. Job Purpose To manage the performance of MEP contractors on site in line with Health and Safety, programme and quality as well as managing the package interfaces, tech subs etc. Key Tasks To procure, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities on site Take responsibility for ensuring that MEP works undertaken on site are completed safely maintaining quality, programme and cost. Review Method / Risk / Health and Safety statements Quality Management of MEP installation instigating Test and Inspection Plan Liaise on a day-to-day basis with other trades. About You MEP experience working with a main contractor or large MEP subcontractor Proven experience in either Mechanical or Electrical Relevant Building Services qualifications (Mechanical and Electrical) Strong attention to detail I.T.
