The Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Central London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the continued success of our operations team.
You will play a key role in managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction logistics projects, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation and completion of monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations)
*
Variation account management and cost tracking throughout project lifecycle
*
Attend whiteboard meetings with clients on-site to discuss progress and costs
*
Liaise closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control
*
Conduct pre-start meetings for new projects and assist with project setup
*
Manage final accounts and ensure timely close-out
*
Provide regular commercial reports to Director level
*
Ensure compliance with contractual and company procedures
About You
*
Degree educated in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
*
Proven experience within construction logistics or a related construction sector
*
Demonstrable track record of managing projects from start to completion
*
Strong understanding of cost control, variations, and final accounts
*
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
