In this role, you will work alongside the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) team at Nottinghamshire County Council to oversee and drive delivery of a key programme of work. You will be responsible for coordinating reporting, monitoring finances, and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evidence impact and outcomes. You will manage project deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring timescales, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked and communicated. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in Health and Social Care, as well as wider Council services, to make sure progress is aligned to agreed priorities and resources are used effectively. You will play a vital role in producing highlight reports, dashboards, and financial monitoring tools to support senior leaders in making informed decisions. This includes working closely with data, performance, and finance teams, as well as providing assurance to the CHC management team and senior stakeholders. You will require excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and confidence in managing competing priorities. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and ideally MS Lists or other project management tools. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in project management within adult social care commissioning. While experience in health or social care is beneficial, the key requirement is proven experience in successfully delivering projects, monitoring progress, and supporting teams to evidence impact. You will be fully supported by line management and will play a central role in shaping how CHC services are delivered and measured in Nottinghamshire.
