We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work within secure services. The post offers the successful candidates a unique opportunity to develop their knowledge and experience of specialist forensic pathways all under one roof. The team is fast paced, forward thinking and promotes a psychological and trauma informed approach with a focus upon a relational model.
Responsibilities
* You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of care, working with men; their families and the professionals who support them to ensure that the care offered is needs based keeping the service user at the heart of all decisions about them.
* The role is highly challenging and there is an emphasis on further training, as well as professional and personal development. Regular clinical supervision and support will be provided.
* Joining a multi-disciplinary team of professionals working in specialist teams, you will be involved in providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
