Our Bosville, Marmalade, and Bracken Hide Hotels are hiring a Cluster Head Housekeeper to join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This is a full-time permanent contract, working 45 hours a week, Monday through Sunday.
As a Cluster Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the operations of the housekeeping departments across the hotels, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned according to hygiene standards. You will manage the housekeeping team to ensure staff satisfaction and optimal performance.
Prior experience with Stayntouch, Trustyou, and RotaCloud systems is preferred but not required.

* The Bracken Hide Hotel, Portree: A new four-star wilderness hotel on 52 acres, close to Portree, connecting guests with nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organize employee schedules, provide ongoing training, and hold staff meetings.
* Ensure shifts are covered, maintaining team productivity and cleanliness standards.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in bedrooms and public areas.
* Manage stock levels of chemicals, consumables, and linen through par stock processes.
* Follow procedures concerning COSHH and chemical use.
* Promote positive employee relations through effective communication.
* Coordinate with linen suppliers to ensure appropriate stock levels.
* Keep housekeeping areas tidy and well-stocked.
* Follow guest relations policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
