Due to increased demand within the department, our client now has a requirement for an Applications Engineer (Mill Turn). 365 Resourcing is the preferred supplier to Mazak. As part of our ongoing plans to develop and enhance the Applications Team we are looking to recruit an Applications Engineer (Mill-Turn). The Role: · The role is to provide the expertise required supporting customers, Sales Team, Service Team and UK Sales Support colleagues at all levels. · Communicate to a high standard to liaise with the Application Manager, Sales Team, customers and suppliers. · Identify level of detail required, time frame, budgets, etc. at the proposal stage. · Planning and preparing customer special cutting demonstrations. · Detailed in depth NC control & CAM system demonstrations. · Support in answering all telephone enquiries. · Participate in all work carried out in the showroom. · Planning of machine demonstrations showcasing the latest technology and partners / supplier technology. · Planning and proving demonstrations for shows & running of shows (national & international). · Support as required with providing program training courses for customers. · Ability to manage and prioritise tasks. · Identify new technology, relating to the machine, options and local supply including work holding, programming CAD/CAM, automation, in...
