Carry out duties expected of an Officer Commanding. 2. Maintain and Monitor the smooth functioning of the Reserve Pet Tp on behalf of OC Log Sp Sqn and the CO CLR. 3. Complete and monitor the MS Reports for all the unit reservist soldiers and its permanent staff. 4. Ensure the weekly trade training and ITR’s are conducted in a safe and compliant manner to meet the operational requirement. 5. Action the Annual Certificate of Efficiency awards to ensure training Bounties are paid to all qualifying unit members. 6. Monitor and be involved with the unit recruitment of new reservist soldiers via the DRS system and when appropriate carry out the Attestation of new recruits. 7. As the OC you will be delegated financial budgetary powers from NCHQ- you are to monitor and manage these budgets within the training constraints to produce cost effective training and outputs. 8. Be responsible for and monitor the unit Non-Public Funds account. 9. Be the unit focal point to attend any Derriford site meetings, Cdo Log Regt RM and NCHQ meetings, be it in person or via Skype. 10. Be responsible for the units All Inclusive Policy and be the lead on all Equality & Diversity and Supervisory Care directives as per the ARRAT question set. 11. Be responsible for all the unit Equipment Entitlements held on MJDI and oversee the mustering of all unit accounts and AINU’s, including the ammunition account.
