We have a fantastic opportunity with our award-winning client for a highly skilled digital marketing data specialist to join on a 12 months’ fixed term contract. The role is available on a hybrid working basis with 2 days on site in Glasgow.
You will be responsible for analysing consumer data across a broad range of touchpoints (both digital and physical), managing consumer relationship management (CRM) systems, and providing insights to enhance consumer engagement, recruitment and loyalty. You will be working with global and local brand market teams empowering them to build brand engagement strategies and to drive execution supported by first class insights and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in CRM software, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth.
The role
* Lead the on-going development of CRM platform (HUBSPOT) to connect all digital and physical touchpoints and deliver increased targeting of consumer with relevant engagement and communication strategies.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality and enhance the overall effectiveness of CRM systems.
* Partner with Global Brand Teams (and external 3rd parties) to support the development and evolution of a CRM strategy and tactics to drive engagement, recruitment and loyalty.
* Generate analysis, reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing and sales strategies to measure the success of CRM/data collection/marketing performance initiatives.
* Provide recommendations for improving consumer experience and recruitment and increasing loyalty based on data analysis.
In order to be successful in your application, you must show:
* Experience working as a Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar, with a focus on CRM systems and data analytics understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Proficiency in CRM software, ideally HubSpot.
* Tracking tools experience e.g. GA4.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Superb stakeholder engagement skills.
