We currently have a vacancy within the Oral department for an Assistant Medical Secretary to join the Specialty Admin Team.
NHS experience would be beneficial. Experience of patient pathways, ERS, and Lorenzo is also desirable.
The post holder will assist the Medical Secretary in delivering an effective and efficient support service to specialty administration teams, contributing to the provision of quality patient care. This includes general clerical and administrative duties supporting the entire patient pathway.
The post holder should have skills in all areas of administrative functions to support the patient pathway, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within the specified timescales.
