JOB PURPOSE:

Senior Advisor Digital Analytics, is a problem solver who works in a highly collaborative manner to support a global network of Support Office marketers by leveraging the learnings and best practices of top-performing Support Offices, ensuring strategic alignment across the Partnership.

Through relationship-building and a well-honed ability to translate best practices into practical tools and guidance, the Senior Advisor effectively equips and supports an engaged Community of Practice that delivers innovative solutions, collaborates to share knowledge and experience, leverages proven best practices and provides expertise to build capabilities. Working directly with a wide range of stakeholders at global, regional, and national levels, the Senior Advisor enables Marketing and Digital teams to build, implement, scale, and optimise strategies, capacity, capabilities, and innovation to drive growth in Digital Engagement, Fundraising and Campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Leverage the expertise and best practices of the Centre of Excellence to drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

1. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure strategic alignment across the Partnership.
2. Lead the curation of high-impact content and resources, supported by strong knowledge management practices.
3. Identify and address organisational challenges that cannot be solved by individual SOs, fostering collective solutions and shared success.

Lead Community of Practice(s) (CoP) across committed SOs and TFOs across the Partnership.

4. Facilitate community and collaboration across senior SO leaders working in individual marketing or fundraising discipline.
5. Catalyse and facilitate SO and TFO contextualisation enabling sharing best practices.
6. Manage early adoption, then scale and implement across other SOs.
7. Lead and empower SOs to optimise agreed, evidence-based resources and marketing assets.
8. Lead knowledge management of tools, resources and best practices to enable efficient scaling across the Partnership.

Provide marketing and fundraising subject matter expertise in Digital Marketing and Analytics to the Partnership

9. Serve as SME in digital analytics to build advance analytical capabilities and optimize campaign targeting, audience insights and revenue growth strategies.
10. Lead the development of unified global dashboard and reports to deliver an integrated view of digital performance that provides actionable insights across acquisition, conversion and retention.
11. Support cross-functional collaboration with Digital Marketing Sr Advisor, CoE and CoP to share best practices, standardize metrics, and develop toolkits that support consistent analytics maturity and data governance.
12. Share analytics trends and lead innovation pilots to identify new revenue opportunities and improve donor experience.

Strengthen SO capability-building and monitoring initiatives.

13. Lead ongoing training sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and learning calls to build SO capabilities and equip frontline staff.
14. Collaborate with SOs and TFOs to monitor outcomes, enhance capacity and improve capabilities to maximise impact.
15. Facilitate global and regional workshops focused on strengthen strategies, building capabilities and fostering innovation.

Ensure that senior leadership has needed information and support for strategic decision making

16. Collaborate as needed GMC and Support Office leaders to provide data, reports, impact stories, and other updates to support decision making, planning, strategy, and ongoing progress of developing marketing and fundraising capabilities

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSE, REGISTRATION, AND CERTIFICATION.

17. Proven Subject Matter Expertise as describe in key responsibilities, particularly marketing data analytics.
18. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
19. Advanced education, certification or equivalent experience in fundraising, ministry, partnership management, marketing, and/or business development/sales.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

20. 7-10 years of proven success employing data measurement, processes and tools to increase the effectiveness of marketing or fundraising campaigns.
21. 7-10 years managing large-scale, complex projects variety of dependencies and stakeholders in international organisations.
22. 5+ years marketing / fundraising in non-profit landscape.
23. Proven effectiveness building strong, collaborative relationships across departments and in cross-functional, cross-cultural, remote teams with a wide range of staff.
24. Proven ability to influence and manage expectations of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
25. Strong organisational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across a variety of different audiences and mediums.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

26. Excellent written and verbal English is required.

TRAVEL AND/OR WORK ENVIRONMENT:

27. The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

28. 10+ years of proven success employing cross-functional partnerships to increase effectiveness of marketing or fundraising campaigns.
